As part of the National Satellite Communication System (NSCS) project and provision of modern communications services using future telecommunication satellite “Lybid”, namely digital broadcasting, telephony, data transmission, videoconferencing, Internet access – accepted decision on technical modernization of equipment for receiving, processing, coding and transmission of TV satellite transmission Central station (CTSS) – structural unit SE “Ukrkosmos.”

Modernization CTSS will fully involve resource satellite “Lybid” by creating a TV DTH-platforms (Direct-to-Home), technology development OTT-broadcast over the Internet.
